BigStuf already had a recognizable identity, useful content and a working Webflow website. FORTUNE’s role was to improve the experience around those assets, not replace everything that was already useful.
Keep the foundation. Improve the journey.
The refresh focused on page hierarchy, typography, photography, mobile layouts and the paths connecting visitors with relevant information. Shared navigation and footer elements brought greater consistency to the page system.
Show what each programme offers.
The Internship page brought the experience, application path, training and responsibilities into a connected journey. Leader Labs placed practical programme information alongside a clearer introduction. The Worship and SMMR pages applied the same attention to structure while retaining their distinct subjects.

Make the website work as a system.
The work connected content structure with search intent, internal links and conversion paths. Page titles, descriptions and headings were reviewed alongside the visual experience, rather than treated as a separate finishing exercise.
Measure completed actions.
The refreshed updates-signup journey was designed around confirmed form submissions. A button click or an abandoned form should not be counted as a completed enquiry. That distinction gives future reporting a clearer basis.
Leave a more manageable website.
Shared components and clearer page organization make ongoing changes easier to handle. A focused refresh can preserve brand recognition and existing content while improving how visitors move through a site.
